Hey Alpha, how do you make a typical song?

Well, if you want to know, normally Mike makes some lyrics without having a precise idea of what the song will be. Vince makes some basic guitar or piano tracks often without having seen the words. At some point they mixe their stuff to make a "demo song". Vince works on it until he likes it. That's when Mike come to destroy (or at least alter) Vince's work. Without this final touch, the Alpha Project wouldn't be what it is.

You can imagine that many songs weren't written that way. Take "Because I'm So" as an example, Vince had a crazy idea of a song that would mix different tempos. He wrote some crappy words about his beer. Mike liked the way the song sounded but he thought it needed better lyrics. So, he went home with the demo tape and wrote lyrics that fitted perfectly the music. As you can see, the process always varies a little depending on the imagination of either Vince or Mike

Hey Alpha, do you consider your group as a "boys band"?

In a way, they are... they are just boys in the band. In a more accurate way they are not. If they were, they would be rich, cute, not involved, not intelligent, certainly not good singers with no artistic talent and they would have a lot more fans!
